Minimum Age

Registration for our service is strictly limited to adults. Users must meet the following minimum age requirements:

• Female users: 18 years or older
• Male users: 21 years or older

Age Verification

Users may be asked to submit identity or age verification documents at any time to confirm their eligibility to use the platform. Riishta.com employs third-party verification services to validate user identity and age through document verification, biometric analysis, and other approved methods.

Account Suspension or Termination

Any account found to belong to a person under the required age will be immediately suspended or permanently terminated. All associated data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Parental Controls

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental control tools provided by Google Play or mobile operating systems to prevent underage access to Riishta.com and other adult-oriented services.

Reporting Underage Users

Users are encouraged to report any suspected underage activity through the reporting mechanisms available on the platform. All reports are reviewed with priority and appropriate action is taken immediately.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Riishta.com maintains a strict zero tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in all its forms.

Any user found to be engaged in, facilitating, or promoting CSAE will face immediate and permanent account termination, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and full cooperation with investigations. This policy is non-negotiable and applies without exception.

Content Moderation

We employ a combination of automated technology and human moderation to detect, review, and remove any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates CSAE. Our systems are designed to:

• Automatically flag and quarantine suspicious content for review
• Employ trained human moderators to assess flagged content
• Immediately remove confirmed CSAE material from the platform
• Preserve evidence for law enforcement use
• Permanently ban user accounts responsible for CSAE violations

Handling of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on our platform, Riishta.com will take the following immediate actions:

• Immediate Removal: All CSAM content will be removed from our platform without delay.
• Account Termination: The user account responsible for uploading, sharing, or distributing CSAM will be permanently terminated and banned from all Riishta.com services.
• Evidence Preservation: All relevant evidence, including metadata, timestamps, IP addresses, and user information, will be preserved in accordance with applicable laws for use by law enforcement.
• Law Enforcement Reporting: We will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline within the timeframes required by applicable law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
• Domestic Authority Reporting: We will report to the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C), the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), and local law enforcement authorities as required by the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Full Cooperation: Riishta.com will fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations, providing all requested information and evidence to support prosecution.

Our platform uses proactive safety systems including:

• AI-based monitoring of user communications and content uploads
• Manual review of flagged content by trained safety specialists
• Pattern recognition to identify grooming behavior and exploitation attempts
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Collaboration with industry partners on threat intelligence sharing

Collaboration with Law Enforcement

Riishta.com fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in India and internationally in investigations involving child exploitation or abuse. We maintain a dedicated point of contact for law enforcement inquiries and respond to legal requests promptly and comprehensively.

User Education

We provide guidance and safety resources to help users recognize, avoid, and report suspicious or inappropriate behavior. Educational materials are available within the app and on our website.
