Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any membership plan or service on Riishta. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. No Refunds
All payments made on the Platform are final and non‑refundable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This includes, without limitation, payments for membership plans, plan upgrades, add‑ons, promotions, or any other paid features.
Payments will not be refunded or reversed under any circumstances, including but not limited to: user‑initiated cancellation, profile deletion, dissatisfaction with responses from other members, non‑usage, change of mind, or rejection/decline by other members.
2. No Adjustment, Set‑off, or Transfer
Amounts paid will not be adjusted against other plans or future purchases, will not be set‑off against any other dues, and will not be transferred to any other account or user under any circumstances.
3. Verification & Activation
Certain payments (e.g., UPI transfers) may require additional verification (e.g., UTR/Transaction ID). Activation of paid features occurs only after our verification. Submitting payment details does not guarantee activation.
4. Pricing Changes
Prices, offers, and features are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes may apply as per law.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiation of unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to suspension or termination of the account, and we may cooperate with the payment provider and authorities as required.
